Ohio governor appoints BGSU undergraduate trustee

BOWLING GREEN, O.—Bowling Green State University sophomore Beau Slater has been appointed to the BGSU Board of Trustees by Gov. John Kasich. Slater will serve as the undergraduate student trustee until May 17, 2013.

The applied health science major is from Beavercreek, Ohio. Slater has served as Vice President of External Affairs for Delta Tau Delta and Vice President of Judicial Affairs for the Interfraternity Council.
