Report a wireless issue!

To report an issue with one of the BGSU wireless networks, please contact Information Technology Services (ITS). When reporting the issue, please be sure to have the following information readily available:

1. Location (building, room number, etc.)
2. Date/time issue occurred
   
3. Type of device being used
4. Traffic/volume (were you in a heavily populated area?)
5. Did anyone else experience the same issue?
