Hands-On Support
ITS offers Hands-On Support sessions for the following:
- Wireless troubleshooting (university/personal/mobile)
- Student device support
- In-room (Residence Hall) device troubleshooting
- University device login troubleshooting
- Device repair drop-off (ITS ticket is required before self-scheduling, contact ITS 419-372-0999. Appointments created without a ticket will be cancelled.)
- Device pick-up
Sessions will follow a strict time window so that we are respectful of the current client and future client sessions.
