Duo Security Token

If you do not have a second device to use for authentication, Duo Security Tokens may be purchased from ITS. These security tokens generate an authentication code that can be used to verify your account.  

Token Checkout

Duo tokens can be checked out, temporarily, for the following reasons only:

  • Lost or broken device
  • Overseas travel 

Check out period is seven days with a one-time option to extend an additional seven days.

Token Purchase

ITS recommends purchasing a token only if  you have no other means for authenticating your device (alternative methods include mobile phone, tablet, office phone, etc.). Purchased tokens are meant to be used for an extended period of time.
