General Information
In keeping with this year’s theme, the OHECC conference app (Guidebook) will be used extensively to provide up-to-date conference information for attendees, presenters and sponsors. Important notifications will also be shared through Guidebook’s notification feature.

Wireless Access
Conference attendees and sponsors will have complementary wireless access when using one of these wireless networks available at BGSU:
- eduroam: Secure wireless network for BGSU faculty, staff, students and institutions that participate in the eduroam federation
- BGSU Guest: Open, unsecure network for short-term guests visiting Bowling Green State University
We ask that any portable hotspots or wireless access points not be turned on during the conference, including those hosted by phones, tablets, or laptops, as they will interfere with the provided wireless network and could impact performance for all OHECC attendees. If you have a specific need for these, please contact us.
