Alison Kemp

Alison Kemp is a public health analyst running pilot programs and events at the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, an agency in the Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to joining ONC in 2020, Alison was a Peace Corps volunteer in eSwatini (formerly Swaziland) for 3.5 years. She ran health and English clubs at a village high school, strengthened monitoring and evaluation systems at an international NGO and for volunteers, learned to make traditional jewelry and sing and dance to traditional songs, and raised chickens. Alison received her master’s degree in public health from the University of Utah in 2015 and bachelor’s degree in print journalism and a minor in German from Bowling Green State University in 2009.
