11th International Workshop on Zinc Oxide and Oxide Semiconductors IWZnO-2020

Date TBD | Bowling Green, Ohio, USA
Chair of IWZnO-2020: Dr. Farida Selim, faselim@bgsu.edu

On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to attend the 11th International Workshop on Zinc Oxide (IWZnO-2020) and Oxide Semiconductors which will be held at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. The conference date for Fall 2020 has been postponed due to the global pandemic. Check back later for updated information.

The portal for the abstract submission will be available soon. We invite you to submit abstracts for either oral or poster presentations. All submissions will be peer-reviewed.

The aim of this workshop is to provide a platform for the oxide semiconductor researchers from all over the world to present their latest research results, communicate new ideas with colleagues face to face, and find partners for future collaboration. The highlight of the meeting is the latest developments on ZnO, Ga2O3, SnO2, TiO2 and other oxide semiconductors.

This year we plan to organize oxide semiconductor school one day prior to the meeting on September 21.

The school will be taught by eminent scientists in the field and will be directed to both beginners and scientists who want to hear from the top experts in the field. The school schedule will be finalized later based on your response and interest. There will be a separate cost to participate.

The IWZnO-2020 workshop will include a job board.

Graduate students and postgraduates, as well as semiconductor scientists, are welcomed to email their CVs, which will be made available to academia, research labs and industry. We also welcome those who are attending the workshop to post job descriptions and CVs during the entire event. Several big companies are also invited to the meeting. Job interviews will also be facilitated during the event
