Truit Gray, Ph.D.
Dr. Truit Gray is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Schmidthorst College of Business at Bowling Green State University. His research interests include social status in the workplace, emotions, teams, leadership, and research methods. Regarding research methods, he is particularly interested in measurement and study design. His work has been published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior and been accepted to conferences including the Academy of Management Annual Conference, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Annual Conference, and the Southern Management Association Annual Conference. Truit teaches in areas such as organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership ethics, and research methods. Additionally, he serves on dissertation committees for the Executive Doctorate of Organizational Change and Development program. He is a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Southern Management Association
