Joseph Yestrepsky, Ph.D.
Joseph Yestrepsky is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Bowling Green State University. He received his Ph.D. and MBA from Wayne State University and a BS in Engineering from Michigan State University. Prior to pursuing his Ph.D., he spent 10 years owning and operating a small business. His research has appeared in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of BUsiness Research, and Work, Aging, and Retirement. His research focuses on corporate social responsibility, the work-life interface, employee attributions, and managerial decision making.
