Reynolds has a presence in 95 percent of households across the United States with millions of Americans using Reynolds Consumer Products daily. The products include Reynolds Wrap® aluminum foil, Hefty® waste bags, Reynolds Kitchens® parchment paper, plastic wrap and more. Mitchell received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Bowling Green State University College of Business with a specialization in Selling and Sales Management. BGSU provided a solid foundation for Mitchell’s success. Mitchell attributes the successful IPO to company culture, “I'm proud of our culture: safety first. A culture of ethics and a culture of innovation... 21% of our revenue is from products less than three years old. And most importantly, our teamwork.”
Raymond Braun, Dean of the College of Business, remarked: “We are very proud of Lance’s professional success! Lance is a loyal alumnus and has served as a keynote speaker for the College Sales Competition. He is a tremendous role model for our students.”
