Membership Requirements

To Register as a pledge or an existing member please attend a chapter meeting, schedule on the home page.

Cash and Checks accepted also. Please make checks payable to “Beta Alpha Psi” and submit to our Treasurer at chapter meetings

(Those who have pledged their 2 semesters and have been initiated)

Maintain a 3.00 GPA
Must Attend 8 Professional Events a Semester (Includes weekly meetings, Meet the Firms, Professional Social Events, and other BAP-sponsored events mentioned at meetings)
Must Attend at least 2 Tutoring Sessions (There will be a sign-up sheet to ensure an even number of volunteers throughout the semester. Tutoring alternates Every Monday & Tuesday from 7-9 PM)
Must Attend 1 BAP-sponsored service event (Brown Bag Food Pantry, Cards for Kids, and others TBD) Please don't let the hours scare you! It is actually less than what we used to require!
$15 Dues per Semester

(those who are taking/have taken ACCT 3210)

Have Junior or Higher Status
- Taking or Have Taken a 3000-level course in Major (most common is ACCT3210)
Maintained an overall and major GPA of at least a 3.00
Declared a major in Accounting, ISAC, IS, Finance, MAcc or MBA Specializing in Accounting/IS
- Must Attend 9 Professional Events a Semester (Includes weekly meetings, Meet the Firms, Professional Social Events, and other BAP-sponsored events mentioned at meetings)
- Must Attend at least 2 Tutoring Sessions (There will be a sign-up sheet to ensure an even number of volunteers throughout the semester. Tutoring alternates Every Monday & Tuesday from 7-9 PM)

$95 Dues that cover 2 semesters
- Initiation Fee to Nationals
- Chapter Dues Fee
