Falcon Men’s Basketball has moved. The team didn’t have to pack up the office furniture and uniforms, or fill out a change-of-address card, but in the 2019-20 season, this group is definitely residing in a new realm.

An Honored Cast

Ten former football student-athletes were inducted into the prestigious BGSU Athletics Cast of Honor on the same fall weekend that the Falcon Football team upset its heavily-favored rival. For Bowling Green great Phil Villapiano, who won a Super Bowl and numerous Pro Bowl awards during his NFL career, it was a proud and humbling experience.

Former Falcon swimmers and divers were recognized at an all-program reunion held in conjunction with the November 9 meet vs. Marshall. Alumni from both the women’s and men’s programs were recognized during the meet's break, with special attention paid to the accomplishments of Dr. Jean Bailey Campbell.

Falcon Club Member Spotlight

Scott Miller was the first person in his family to graduate from college; his sister Molly, also a BG graduate, was the second. BG was where he became a responsible student and a mature adult. His BG experiences were vast and, even starting a year late, proved perfect timing for him.
