Regarding OMB Uniform Guidance

Memorandum of Understanding

WHEREAS, the Collective Bargaining Agreement (the "CBA") between Bowling Green State University (the "University") and the Bowling Green State University Faculty Association -AAUP (the "Faculty Association") (collectively, the "Parties"), effective through June 30, 2022, in Article I 7, Sections 10.1 and 10.5, makes reference to "OMB circular A-2"; and

WHEREAS, the correct title of that document was 0MB Circular A-21; and

WHEREAS, as stated in 78 Federal Register 78590, that Circular has been superseded by the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (commonly called "Uniform Guidance");

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:

1. In Article 17, Sections IO.I and 10.5, the term "OMB circular A-2" is deleted and replaced with "Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal A wards."
