9 vs 12 Pay Extension

This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") between Bowling Green State University ("the University") and the Bowling Green State University-Faculty Association ("the BGSU-F A") sets forth the parties' agreement concerning the construction and implementation of Article 17 section 5.2 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement ("the CBA") of May 1, 2013-July I, 2016.

The University and the BGSU-FA agree that, for the 2014-15 Academic Year only, the deadline set forth in Article 17, Section 5.2 of the collective bargaining agreement is extended to allow eligible faculty until 5:00 pm on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 to advise the BGSU Payroll Department which of the two payroll options specified in Article 17, Section 5.1 they wish to elect.
