BGSU Day of Dialogue to focus on nonpartisan engagement in democracy
BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Promoting nonpartisan, democratic engagement in state and local government, Bowling Green State University will hold its annual Day of Dialogue from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, in the Lenhart Grand Ballroom of the Bowen-Thompson Student Union.
Featuring engaging discussions with elected officials, policymakers and BGSU learning community members, the free, public event will empower attendees to listen, learn and work toward changing the culture of democratic engagement in the United States.
Discussion topics for the event will include bi-partisan government, student leadership and political involvement, individual engagement in politics and representation in politics.

Started in 2020, BGSU Day of Dialogue programming provides learning community members an opportunity to discuss their role as contributors to a public university for the public good.
