Falcon Marching Band at Young Peoples Concert

BOWLING GREEN, O.—The 2009-10 season of Young People’s Concerts at Bowling Green State University’s College of Musical Arts continues Saturday, Nov. 7, with “FMB Fever!” a presentation by the Falcon Marching Band. 

Beginning at 11 a.m. in Bryan Recital Hall of the Moore Musical Arts Center, the 45-minute program will introduce audience members to the sounds of the band, directed by Dr. Carol Hayward, an assistant professor of music education.

Admission is $1 for children and $2 for adults, payable at the center’s box office the morning of the event. The box office will open at 10:30 a.m.

The Young People’s Concerts are recommended for children ages 5 and up, but younger music fans are also welcome. For more information, call the box office at 419-372-8171 or 800-589-2224.
