Cycle 6 of the National Survey of Family Growth (NSFG, 2002) includes interviews with males and females ages 15-44. It provides a wide variety of measures related to family structure, such as current living arrangement and relationship, relationship history, family background, pregnancy, births, and living arrangements of children from past relationships.
