Purchase Request

You may recommend a book for purchase for the University Libraries’ collections.  A subject librarian will review recommended books and will order those that support BGSU teaching and research.  When the book is ordered, it is added to the library catalog with order status information that is updated when the book is available.  Books may take from 2 to 6 weeks to arrive, and in rare cases, longer.  For an immediate need, requesting the book through OhioLINK or borrowing it via Interlibrary Loan may be faster.  Please note that University Libraries does not purchase textbooks.
