Zoom Rooms Digital Signage Pilot

ITS recently completed a pilot to determine if using Zoom Rooms as a solution for digital signage is a viable solution for any of the BGSU digital signage needs.  All digital signage use case scenarios were first identified, and then fully tested within Zoom rooms. The final report was delivered to management in December 2022. The report describes which signs could potentially move over to Zoom rooms and for future digital signage decisions.
