Oracle Quarterly Critical Patch - PeopleTools 8.59.18 Patch

Oracle identified vulnerabilities in the underlying software for PeopleSoft, PeopleTools. They were deemed significant enough that it was determined we needed to patch our existing PeopleTools to secure these vulnerabilities to safeguard our PeopleSoft data.
