NeoEd Phase 1: Insight

In the Fall of 2022, BGSU was notified by our talent acquisition application vendor that our software (HireTouch) would no longer be supported. This required an aggressive RFP search to secure a new vendor. The contract was awarded to NeoEd and a team of HR and ITS staff began configuration of the application. During phase 1, the team performed configuration activities and created communication and training materials for the campus community. Training was held in January and the new hiring platform was rolled out on January 30, 2023. The next phase of the project includes the implementation of onboarding and offboarding functions.
