Financial Aid Reporting Environment – Phase 2

The Financial Aid Reporting Environment provides a new reporting dataset from the Academic Works Scholarship Application system. This dataset is automatically refreshed daily utilizing delivered Academic Works APIs and custom Extract Translate and Load (ETL) jobs which eliminates several hours of manual processing by the Financial Aid Systems Team to extract and load reporting data from two feeder systems. In addition, several Power BI Reports were created based on the new reporting dataset:  General Applications, Conditional Applications, Award Opportunities, Awards Accepted, User Login Statistics, and Scholarship Allocations with breakdowns by Career, Academic Program and Demographics.
