Billables Project Framework Implementation and Mapping

In 2021, Campus Operations partnered with Huron Consulting Group to determine the best way to establish a facilities chargeback program that was based on objective standards, was clear to the campus community, and supported individual units within the trades.  The Campus Operations Billables Project implemented the recommended business process and technical integrations from our partnership with Huron Consulting Group.
