AIMS Parking Management Software

AIMS is a fully integrated parking management system, handling all facets of enforcement, permitting, customer, event and vehicle management. AIMs replaced T2 that had been used since 2011. As part of this project, we assisted with AIMs configuration, SSO integration, creating multiple PeopleSoft interfaces, and setup of payment platforms. The benefits of completing this project include improved vendor customer / technical support (including SLA), better data collection and modern reporting, replacement of 6+ year old hardware, and improved communications including push notifications to parking permit holders.
