Virtual visits now available at Falcon Health Center

Falcon Health Center is now offering virtual medical appointments. Through this service, patients are now able to seek medical care and communicate directly with their medical team at Falcon Health via phone or using a tablet or a computer. Virtual visits allow patients a secure and easy way to receive health care without leaving home.

To schedule a virtual visit, contact the Falcon Health Center and a registration clerk will inquire about your symptoms and schedule an appointment with one of the health care providers. If patients have respiratory symptoms or COVID-19 related symptoms that might include a cough, a fever, body aches and a sore throat, then the patient will need to be seen virtually and an appointment will be scheduled.
