Caryl Crane Youth Theatre presents ‘Cinderella’s Fairytale Ball’
Caryl Crane Youth Theatre’s Teen Board presents “Cinderella’s Fairytale Ball,” a family-friendly afternoon on Saturday (Dec. 2) in the McBride Theatre at BGSU Firelands. From 4:30-6 p.m., children can dance and sing and play with their favorite fairytale characters in the ultimate child-centered holiday party. The ball includes games, crafts, dancing, light snacks, and court jesters entertaining with comedy and magic.
Kids and their families can create a crown with the Fairy Godmother, pose with the wicked stepsisters in their photo booth, have the Herald announce their entrance onto the dance floor and join Cinderella and her prince in dances made especially for the occasion. They may sneak a treat from the candy buffet — but Santa will be on hand to make sure they are on the “nice list” this year.
Net proceeds will support over 1,500 children and families who participate in CCYT’s three core programs: Theatrical Training Workshops, The Five-Production Theatre Series, and Teen Board Outreach.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children under 14. To reserve, call 419-372-0732 or email ccytfairytaleball@gmail.com.
