Maintenance Request Information
All Campus Operations maintenance requests are processed Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Once your request is processed, you will receive an email confirming the request. The requestor will continue to receive status update emails until the maintenance request is completed. If you have not received a response in two business days, please contact the Help Desk at 419-372-2251.
Office/Space Request Form Information
Click the link above and follow the directions provided; use this form if/when your department/office is requesting to be moved and/or relocated. Planning, Construction and Campus Operations uses the information provided in this form to optimize campus space utilization and track building occupants in case of an emergency. All requests are processed Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; if you have questions about your request, please contact the Help Desk at 419-372-2251.
Important Information to Note
- Reporting an EMERGENCY (fire, flood accident, serious illness/injusry, or crime in progress, etc.) Please call BGSU Police at 419-372-2345 or 911.
- If you are experiencing any incidents requiring an IMMEDIATE RESPONSE (power outage, broken window, overflowing sink/toilet, etc.), please contact the Help Desk at 419-372-2251 during normal business hours and call BGSU Police at 419-372-2346 on nights, weekends, and holidays.
- If you lost your key(s) or are experiencing card access issues as a Faculty/Staff member, please speak with your supervisor.
- If you are experiencing any issues with a university and/or personal computer device, printer, internet connection, etc., please contact ITS 419-372-0999 or visit www.bgsu.edu/its.
- If you want to inquire about any major construction or renovation project, please contact the Help Desk at 419-372-2251 or complete the Project Request Form here.
Residence Halls:
- If you lost your key or are experiencing card access issues in one of the Residence Halls, please go to the Residence Hall Front Desk and speak with a staff member.
- If you are having issues with laundry equipment (washer, dryer, coin machine), please contact your Residence Hall Front Desk.
- If you are having issues with any vending machines in the residence halls (empty, lost money, etc.), please contact the BTSU Information Desk at 419-372-2741 or contact your Residence Hall Front Desk.
