Transfer Students

The Schmidthorst College of Business has selective entrance for transfer students seeking to complete a business degree. The requirements for a transfer student to be directly admitted into the college are:

• Minimum 2.5 cumulative gpa from all institutions attended
• Calculus ready (grade of C or better in College Algebra or a Math Placement Score of 32 or higher https://www.bgsu.edu/arts-and-sciences/mathematics-and-statistics/math-placement-at-bgsu/math-placement-test.html )

Students not meeting these requirements begin in Deciding Student Programs and earn their way into the Schmidthorst College of Business.
