Executive MOD Program Format
I probably wouldn't be in my role today if not for the confidence and competence I gained through the EMOD program. I recognized the opportunity for improvement in my practice and it transformed in ways I couldn't have imagined, supported by the curriculum, program design, professors, and cohort."

Overview of Format
The Executive Master of Organization Development program is an 20-month program which accommodates the responsibilities of the working professional. The blended program delivers course content via online technologies and face-to-face classroom meetings, which reduces the number of times students need to be on-campus.
Executive students are registered for two courses per semester. Students and faculty connect and work online throughout the semester as they prepare for their on-campus class meetings, called Executive Residency Weekends.
Executive Residency Weekends are held just two weekends each term. These class sessions allow for students and faculty to interact face-to-face.
Executive Residency Weekends Class times:
Friday: 4:00 - 9:00PM with dinner break
Saturday: 8:00 - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 - 3:00 PM
Students needing accommodations for Executive Residency Weekends can make reservations at hotels in the Perrysburg area where our classes are offered. There are several nearby including a Hilton Garden Inn across the parking lot from our classroom facility.
