Our Team

Evan Francis Cihlar is a junior in the Schmidthorst College of Business where he studies economics, finance, and information systems. Evan is the President of the Economics Club, an active brother in the College's professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, and was one of the founding members of the LEAPS Conference in 2022. Evan currently holds a Database Architect and Analysis Co-Op position at Matco Tools, INC.

Luke Michael Schaefer is a junior in the Schmidthorst College of Business where he studies information systems, applied economics, and business law. Luke was the director of sponsorship and development for the LEAPS Conference last year, and was promoted to Executive Vice President for this year's conference. His main objective for this year is to assist students in finding opportunities to advance their careers both at the conference and in the form of internships.

Mya Jo Ann Evans is a first generation college student studying marketing and advertising in the Schmidthorst College of Business. Outside of her studies, Mya is a member of the professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi.

Dana Michelle Prenger is a junior in the Schmidthorst College of Business studying marketing. Outside of class, Dana is involved with the Dean's Advisory Council on Diversity and Inclusion (DACODI). She is also a Student Ambassador for the Geoffrey H. Radbill Center for College and Life Design.

Anabelle Makelim is a freshmen in the Schmidthorst College of Business where she studies Marketing. She also studies photography. Anabelle is also involved with the professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. Belle also enjoys doing many arts outside of her studies.

Madalynne Renee Chapman is a junior in the Schmidthorst College of Business and is studying marketing and business analytics. She is an active member in the college's professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. Madalynne is also on the executive board for the American Marketing Association at BGSU and serves as the organization’s Vice President of Membership and Recruitment. Along with these organizations, Madalynne is also a student worker in the Schmidthorst College of Business.

Kendal Anne Mozina is a senior and proud first-generation college student in the Schmidthorst College of Business studying marketing. She currently holds an executive position with the College's professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi as the Senior Vice President. In addition to Delta Sigma Pi, she is the Vice President of Social Media/Digital Marketing for the American Marketing Association.

Thomas James Cieslica is a marketing student at the Schmidthorst College of Business, minoring in advertising. He is an active brother in the Epsilon-Eta Chapter of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where he is the Director of New Member Education, and involved in multiple philanthropy events throughout the school year.

MariCait Elizabeth Gillespie is a junior in the Schmidthorst College of Business studying economics and international business. After attending the conference last year, MariCait wanted to get involved in a way she could help the conference grow, and make the opportunity to Learn, Explore, and Apply Professional Skills accessible to all students. This year, MariCait serves as the Co-VP of Sponsorships.

Cameron "Cam" Nicholas Parke is a junior in the Schmidthorst College of Business studying information systems. Within the college of business, he is an active brother of the College's professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. Outside of the classroom, Cam is an entrepreneur who owns and operates his own business, servUtech. He also plans to breed his two German Shepherd dogs with hopes to achieve a breeder's contract with law enforcement.

Vito Frate is a sophomore in the Schmidthorst College of Business studying International Business, Finance and Economics. Vito is currently an active brother in the professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi. In addition to this, he participates in Model UN, International Football Club and the International Relations Organization.

Andrew "Andy" Thomas Baker is a junior in the Schmidthorst College of Business where he studies marketing. He is an active brother in the College's professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, and holds an executive position on the American Marketing Association's board. After assisting with LEAPS in 2022, he is now the Vice President of Alumni Relations. He is excited to connect with the Alumni of the Schmidthorst College of Business and bring their valuable insight to the conference for 2023.

Olivia Galek is a sophomore in the Schmidthorst College of Business pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting Specializations. She is a new member of the LEAPS conference team this year and an active member of Women in Business Leadership and the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. Olivia also works for STERIS, where she holds an intern position in internal auditing. 

Trevor Alan Cobb is a senior in the Schmidthorst College of Business where he studies supply chain management. Outside of class, Trevor is an active brother in the College's professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi; and is also active in numerous other student organizations.

Payton Ally Turner is a senior in the Schmidthorst College of Business studying business management. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Pi. Outside of school, she enjoys watching Bachelor In Paradise and hanging out with friends.

Frankie Abbigale Moore is a fourth year in the Schmidthorst College of Business where she studies marketing and entrepreneurship. Outside of the classroom, Frankie is the President of the American Marketing Association.

Hailey Jane Nelson is a sophomore in the Schmidthorst College of Business studying marketing with a minor in creative writing. She is a member of Bowling Green's Honors College, and is actively involved in the Honors Learning Community.
