Jeffrey graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a specialization in accounting.  During the first 10 years of his career, Jeffrey worked at Diamond Shamrock Corp. He  currently works at Avery Dennison and has done so for over 26 years.

Jeffrey started recruiting for Avery Dennison at BGSU in 1995.  In addition, he has ran Avery's Finance Career Leadership Development Program since 1997.  Over this period of time, Jeffrey has been instrumental in hiring approximately 15-20 Finance, Accounting and Economics majors from BGSU.

Avery Dennison has sponsored a finance department scholarship at BGSU for approximately 10 years.
