Management professor shares healthcare expertise on regional PBS program
The national debate continues about what is the best way to reform the country’s healthcare system. Toledo’s Public Television Station, WGTE, recently broadcasted a program discussing healthcare reform and called upon one of BGSU’s management professors to provide his nationally-recognized expertise in healthcare services management.
Associate Professor David Dobrzykowski, who is also director of BGSU’s Supply Chain Management Institute, was a guest on WGTE’s “DEADLINE NOW”, hosted by Jack Lessenberry. DEADLINE NOW is a weekly production that examines political, economic and social issues that affect the Lake Erie West region.
Dr. Dobrzykowski co-authored a book last year titled “A Healthcare Solution: A Patient-Centered, Resource Management Perspective,” along with publishing numerous articles about healthcare management systems.
The management professor gave his perspective on the PBS program about ways to improve healthcare management.
