Welcoming new leadership in graduate recruiting and executive programs

Join us in welcoming Theo Forde-Stiegler as the Associate Director of Graduate Recruiting and Operations and Jennifer Tharpe as the Assistant Director of Executive & Specialty Graduate Programs.

Theo Forde-Stiegler brings a diverse professional background to his Associate Director of Graduate Recruiting and Operations role. Originally from Germany, he relocated to the U.S. in 2000 to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. Over the years, Theo has worked in several fields, including painting, music, and sound engineering, before dedicating himself to supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges. His commitment to collaborative change inspired him to study Organization Development and Change (OD&C) at Bowling Green State University, where he is currently a doctoral student.

Forde-Steilger is excited about promoting collaborative and innovative learning at Schmidthorst College of Business. He values the opportunity to inspire students to bring about positive changes in their communities and beyond.

"In a very tangible way, every student I help bring into and support through our graduate programs in Organization Development and Change becomes an ambassador, not just for our college, but for positive collaborative change in our communities and the world.
