This semester, we celebrate Dr. Deborah O'Neil's remarkable achievement as a double award winner. Dr. O'Neil received the Academy of Management DEI Division Advancing Women in Leadership Award and the Organization Development Network Service to the OD Network Award.

The Academy of Management DEI Division Advancing Women in Leadership Award is given to individuals who have made significant contributions to educational practices that promote the advancement of women's leadership. The Organization Development Network Service to the OD Network Award honors those whose service to the Organization Development Network goes beyond volunteer contributions, exemplifying the organization's values and positively impacting its members and the development profession.

Since joining Bowling Green State University in 2006, Dr. O'Neil has been essential to the Executive Master of Organization Development (EMOD) program. As the current director of the EMOD program and a Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Department of Management, we recognize Dr. O'Neil's influence at BGSU. We congratulate her on her significant contributions to women's leadership, her service to the Organization Development Network, and her unwavering dedication to the students in our two executive programs, the Executive Master of Organization Development (EMOD) and the Doctorate of Organization Development and Change (D.ODC).
