Booking Information - Classrooms

Reserving General Classroom Spaces

University departments and registered student organizations may book internal meetings or events in BGSU Classrooms at no charge when spaces are available except in the following situations.

  • When University departments are hosting any meeting or event that is open to the public and/or inviting guests outside of the University to attend, charges to reserve classroom space (see table below) will apply.
  • For registered student organizations, if less than 50% of those in attendance to the event are BGSU students, charges to reserve classroom space (see table below) will apply.

Please note that access to specific spaces may be limited due to a variety of reasons.

General Classroom Hourly Charge Maximum Charge
Capacity up to 80 $15/hour $150/day
Capacity greater than 80 $20/hour $200/day

General Classroom Spaces are provided as is with no technical support. Requests for dedicated staff for technical assistance or additional equipment will be subject to additional fees and must be ordered at least 1 week prior to the event to avoid service call fees. Departments may also choose to schedule a free pre-training session on classroom technology (must be scheduled at least 1 week prior to your event), by contacting Information Technology Services. Availability of staff to assist in an urgent situation is limited and may result in additional fees.
