Booking Information - Classrooms
Reserving Active Learning & General Classroom Spaces
Charges to reserve classroom space(s) will apply when Departments are hosting any meeting or event that is open to the public and/or inviting guests outside of the University to attend. However, departments and student organizations may book internal meetings or events in BGSU Classrooms at no charge when spaces are available.
When reserving a classroom space at no charge, no technical support is provided, unless dedicated staff is requested in advance. The cost of on-site support is $20 per hour (minimum 1 hour charge) and will be charged hourly for the duration of the time staffing is requested. To reserve a Classroom and/or schedule technology support staff for your meeting or event, please contact the Office of Conference & Event Services (C&ES) @ 419-372-9000. Departments may also choose to schedule a free pre-training session on classroom technology (must be scheduled at least 1 week prior to your event), by contacting Information Technology Services (ITS) @ 419-372-9400. Emergency assistance to classrooms may take up to 30 minutes to respond and may result in additional service call fees.
Classrooms available for scheduling through the C&ES office are listed below. As a reminder for student organizations, as long as at least 51% of those in attendance to the organization's event are BGSU students, then the room rate is Free of Charge.
Active Learning & General Classroom Spaces are provided as is. Additional equipment requests will carry a daily flat rate fee and must be ordered at least 1 week prior to the event to avoid service call fees. Click here for the daily rates.
