Report Lost/Stolen Card
If you lose your BG1 Card or believe it has been stolen, it is your responsibility to report it immediately at one of the following locations:
- Online — 24/7 by clicking on the BG1 Card tab at MyBGSU.
- BG1 Card Services — 112A Bowen-Thompson Student Union (419-372-4127)
- BGSU Firelands — Computer Lab (419-433-5560)
You are responsible for any charges to your BG1 Card until it has been reported lost or stolen and disabled from further use. You can view your transaction history 24/7 through the BG1 Card tab at MyBGSU.
If you recover your BG1 Card after it has been reported lost or stolen, you can have it reactivated at no charge by BG1 Card Services during normal hours of operation. For security reasons, this must be done in person.
If your BG1 Card gets turned in to BG1 Card Services, you will be sent an email message to notify you.
You can obtain a replacement card (at the current replacement fee) by visiting BG1 Card Services with the proper identification. Once your new card is created, your previous card will automatically be deactivated.
If you find someone else’s BG1 Card, please drop it off at BG1 Card Services or Campus Safety and Security.
