Name Badges and Specialty Cards

Does your BGSU department need name tags or photo ID badges? 

BG1 Card Services is able to produce a variety of name tags or departmental badges to meet your needs. Below are some examples of what we can produce for you. Additional examples are available in BG1 Card Services. Prices include lapel clip.

Standard BGSU Name Tag: $5.00 each

Custom Name Tag: $5.00 each + $50.00 one time set up fee

Custom Photo ID Badge: $5.00 each + $50.00 one time set up fee

If you would like to design custom name tags or photo ID badges for your department, please contact our office for details. You may refer to the specifications below for general guidelines:

• Image Dimensions: 3 1/8" x 1 7/8"
• Design can be horizontal or vertical
• Image format: JPEG, TIF, BMP, PNG
  
• Front of card can be full color
• Back of card can be black and white only
• If you want to attach the card to a lanyard, please allow space for a hole-punch in the design

The images and colors may appear differently on the printed card than what you see in your software. As such, we may have to produce and review several iterations of the cards in order to get a final product that represents the professional quality we expect. Please allow up to two weeks to have your design ready to print. Depending on the quantity requested, printing may take up to one week.
