The BGSU Firelands Library serves the community by providing an abundance of free resources that can significantly enrich your experience. As a member of our community, you are welcome to visit the BGSU Firelands Library, consult items, walk around the stacks, and borrow items to take home.
At the BGSU Firelands Library, you have access to:
- Printed periodicals – journals, magazines, and specialized journals – such as photography - Aperture, Ohio Historical Journals, Inland Sea journal, Local NASA Reports by Leidos, Corp. of Engineer Reports for Sandusky Bay, and more.
- Library Collections: Holocaust, Great Lakes, Juvenile, Audiovisual – movies and printed items, Browsing collections for leisure reading.
BGSU Firelands Library not only serves our students and faculty, but also the community around the college. Community Courtesy card holders also have access to:
- OhioLINK and SearchOhio
- Renew items online, in person, or by phone
- BGSU Firelands Library’s group work/meeting areas, quiet study spaces, and private study rooms
- Workstations, printers, and access to the internet
- Bring your own device – laptop/charging stations available
