BGSU’s online criminal justice master's program is ranked 12th in the country and No. 1 in Ohio in the 2020 U.S. News & World Report Best Online Programs rankings, which were released Jan. 14. The University’s online bachelor’s and education programs also remain nationally ranked and among the best in Ohio.

Feedback needed to adopt standard definitions for diversity, equity and inclusion
The 2019 report from the Task Force on Diversity and Inclusion had one recommendation to adopt standard definitions for diversity, equity and inclusion that reflect our institutional values. There will be a series of open sessions for all faculty, staff, faculty administrators and students to collect feedback on diversity definitions.

Sessions are scheduled for:

Weaver, Lavery, Heineken published research
Assistant professors Joanna Weaver and Matt Lavery partnered with graduate alumna, Sarah Heineken '19 , to publish an article on reflective practice, the impact of self-identified learning gaps on professional development. Both Weaver and Lavery teach in the College of Education and Human Development: Weaver in the School of Teaching and Learning and Lavery in Educational Foundations, Leadership and Policy. The article was published in Utah State University's Journal on Empowering Teaching Excellence.
