BGSU, community march for peace

BGSU faculty, staff and students, including President Rodney K. Rogers, along with city of Bowling Green Mayor Richard Edwards and other members of the community march for peace in the fourth annual Not In Our Town rally November 6. The walk showcased solidarity and the commitment to diversity, belonging and making the campus and city safe and welcoming places.

Wallace (Wally) Pretzer, 89, professor emeritus of English, died Oct. 31 in Bowling Green. He taught at BGSU from 1963-92. He, along with three others, pioneered the BGSU-Xi’an Foreign Language University Faculty Exchange Program, which hosted a reunion in June. Memorials may be given to the Pretzer International Fund No. 301610, through the BGSU Foundation, Inc.
