CAMPUS CAMPAIGN SUPPORTS THE BGSU ‘FAMILY’

“I give because . . .” The BGSU community again expressed its many reasons for supporting student scholarships and the University by contributing to the annual Campus Campaign.

This year’s campaign raised $756,874 from faculty, staff and retirees, with a 46.44 percent participation rate by faculty and staff. Seventeen University offices and areas had 100 percent participation.

“One thing that has always been so special at BGSU is the support our faculty, staff and retirees show to our students, and that carries over to Campus Campaign,” said Jennifer Wensink, director of annual giving. “In terms of faculty and staff giving, BGSU is a leader among national public universities, and we should all be proud of that. Thank you, on behalf of our students, to everyone who supported the campaign and supported our students.”
