Vaccination and Exemption Plan Update
|
|
- The deadline to submit your proof of full vaccination is Nov. 29, 2021. We encourage all students, faculty and staff to learn more about our vaccination plans.
- The deadline to submit your request for exemption, which was Monday, Nov. 1, has now passed. Please submit your request now.
- A total of 2207 exemption requests have been received. There are currently 1769 approved exemptions (1651 students, 37 faculty, 81 staff).
- The Division of Health and Wellness continues to review exemptions, along with following up on incomplete forms and requests where more information is needed.
- If you submitted a request and are awaiting follow-up, please continue to check your BGSU email.
- Falcon Health Center continues to offer free COVID-19 vaccine clinics on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and vaccines are widely available at no cost.

- The BGSU COVID-19 Response Hotline 419-372-3000 is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Voicemails are checked on Sundays and holidays.
