1. Anti-Hazing Policy revised
Date and Time: Effective May 10.
BGSU Anti-Hazing Updated Policy
Description: The University’s Anti-Hazing Policy was updated to provide clarifying language concerning the requirement to report suspected misconduct as well as to align with the Code of Student Conduct regarding the process to investigate and adjudicate reports made to the University about hazing.

2. Free Yoga and Move For Your Mood Sessions
Learn more abut the well-being programs offered.
Description: In addition to the physical health benefits of exercise, regular physical activity can positively impact your brain function, boost your mood and help reduce stress, along with many other enhancements to mental health. Take advantage of these fun movement sessions:
Free Yoga As You Are
- May 13 to July 31
- Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:10-12:50 p.m. in the Jerome Library, Room 142
- Please bring your own yoga mat or towel
- No classes on May 27 (Memorial Day) and June 19 (Juneteenth)
Free Step and Tone
- May 14 to July 30
- Tuesdays from 5:20-6 p.m. at the Student Recreation Center, Studio B
- SRC membership is not required to participate
Free Pickleball at the Student Recreation Center
- Fridays on the MAC Court from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Equipment available for complimentary use. A SRC membership is not required for pickleball play during these specified times
All activities are free for BGSU students, faculty and staff. Registration is not required.

Description:
Join our free, virtual Mental Well-Being Programs this summer.
Mindful Moments: May 13-Aug. 1
- From 8:30-9 a.m. on Mondays
- From noon to 12:30 p.m. on Thursdays
- No sessions May 27, July 4
Free, virtual, drop-in mindfulness session, open to all faculty, staff, and students. This is a great way to start your week with guided mindfulness practice, and education on tools to promote mental well-being.
Mental Well-Being Skills: May 14-Aug. 2
- From 4-4:30 p.m. biweekly on Tuesdays including May 14, May 28, June 11, June 25, July 9 and July 23
- From noon to 12:30 p.m. biweekly on Fridays including May 24, June 7, June 21, July 19 and Aug. 2
Free, virtual, 30-minute self-care sessions, open to all faculty, staff, and students. This is a great way to learn and practice mental well-being strategies including self-compassion, setting boundaries, work-life balance, and preventing burnout.

Learn more about student care and support.
Description: Are you in need of food assistance over the summer? The Office of the Dean of Students has you covered! We are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday located in 303 University Hall. We would be happy to provide you with a Grab-n-Go bag that has 3 to 5 days worth of non-perishable food items in it. Stop in today for assistance!

1. Drive Thru Mobile Food Pantry
Date and Time: From 4-5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14.
Location: BGSU Firelands, Lot G Parking Lot
Register for the mobile food pantry distribution!
Description: Second Harvest will be distributing FREE boxes of assorted shelf-stable food and more.
- Please remain in your vehicle
- Food will only be placed in the trunk of your vehicle
- Food cannot be placed in the front or back seat area
- Please ensure trunk space is clean and clear of other items
- Two households per vehicle
You can register for these benefits at the mobile food pantry distribution site on the day of.
