Greetings from the Schmidthorst College of Business!

The fall semester is off to a great start! This month’s issue of Biz News highlights our exciting events, including Schmidthorst College of Business Week and Homecoming. Read about the Maurer Center Grand Opening and Dedication ceremony, the eighth annual Hatch event, and the four honorees who were inducted into the Paul J. Hooker Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Hall of Fame.

Homecoming 2020 was like no other and included featured events, exclusive web series and a social media campaign. Schmidthorst College of Business Student Ambassadors hosted “Student Life During the Pandemic,” a virtual event with student presentations and alumni Q&A. Homecoming also included BGSU One Day this year. This annual day of giving has become a Falcon tradition eagerly anticipated by alumni, friends, faculty, staff and most of all – our students – who deeply appreciate how donors make their experience at BGSU more meaningful each and every day.
