New Business Building Coming Fall 2020!

The Robert W. and Patricia A. Maurer Center will be the new home for the BGSU College of Business in the fall of 2020. This state-of-the art building is being designed to create a culture of engagement, innovation and creativity. The hallmark of the building is its focus on spaces and classrooms that foster active learning and collaboration.

We go beyond teaching as usual! This new building will utilize a high level of technology and allow faculty to use methods of teaching that make learning “stick.”

Besides classrooms, this new building will include cutting-edge innovation labs and a state-of-the-art trading lab grouped around a multi-story glass forum that has an open space feel. The Class of 2018 gave a gift to the college to fund the Welcome Center which greets visitors to the building.

Check back as the building plans are finalized and construction begins.  Groundbreaking for the Maurer Center is set for Homecoming  - October 13 at 10am.
