Part-time Instructors
Details: The Department of Psychology at Bowling Green State University seeks strong applicants for part-time teaching assignments in the areas of introductory psychology, developmental psychology, and statistics for Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 semesters. Successful applicants will teach undergraduate courses in psychology.
Qualifications: Candidates must have a master’s degree in psychology. Evidence of successful teaching at the collegiate level is preferred.

- official transcripts indicating the highest degree earned

Part-time Instructors (Adjuncts)
Details: The School of Earth, Environment and Society at Bowling Green State University (http://www.bgsu.edu/arts-and-sciences/earth-environment-and-society.html) seeks applicants for possible part-time teaching positions for Geology, Environmental Science/Policy, Geospatial, and Geography courses for Spring 2025.
Qualifications: Candidates must have at least an M.S. in the discipline or a closely related field.

Part-time Instructors (Adjuncts)
Details: The Department of Philosophy at Bowling Green State University (www.bgsu.edu/arts-and-sciences/phil) anticipates a number of adjunct (part-time) teaching opportunities during the spring semester of 2025 (1/13/25 – 5/7/25). These most likely will involve introductory courses, including courses in applied ethics. In-person instructors are preferred, though there may also be remote (synchronous) opportunities.
Qualifications: Applicants must have at least an M.A. in philosophy.

Forensic Science/ Department of Chemistry
Part-time Forensic Science Instructor (Adjuncts): Crime Scene Investigation
Details: The Department of Chemistry at Bowling Green State University (https://www.bgsu.edu/arts-and-sciences/chemistry.html) seeks strong applicants for a part-time teaching assignment in support of the BGSU Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science Degree Program for Spring 2025.
Qualifications: Successful applicants will teach introductory courses, as well as upper-division topical courses as needed. Starting date is Spring 2025. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a forensic science discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in one of the following areas: crime scene investigation.
Crime scene
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in forensic or other physical science and a minimum of 5 years work experience in the crime scene unit of an accredited crime laboratory. Work experience shall include court room testimony. The qualified candidate shall have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of evidence collection, terminology, detection, recovery, photography, preservation, enhancement, analysis, comparison, documentation and reporting of crime scene evidence.
