BGSU hires new Director of State Government Relations

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Bowling Green State University has named Hannah Stanbery as its new Director of State Government Relations.

In the newly created Columbus-based role, Stanbery will be responsible for state government relations and engagement that advances the BGSU mission.

Previously, Stanbery worked in the Office of the Provost at Columbus State Community College (CSCC). Prior to CSCC, Stanbery served as a legislative aide for Ohio State Rep. Scott Lipps and was a legislative fellow for the Ohio House Republican Caucus in 2018. 

Stanbery is a two-time BGSU alumna, holding a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration.
