Professional Development offers opportunities for skills training, supervisor and leadership programs, performance management, new employee orientation, online courses, and online tools for employee growth and development.

Professional Development offers employee compliance, skills training, as well as personal and professional development programs.  Provides an annual BG Leadership Academy with participants made up of a cross-section of faculty, administrative and classified staff members. Creates and/or secures instructor led, computer-based, or blended training programs to support the mission and core values of the university.  Delivers, in collaboration with subject matter authorities, a variety of training and development sessions.  Assists in maintaining a library of training topics for on-demand usage, which include software training materials.
