University Dining Services offers one of the most unique dining opportunities of any college campus in the United States.
Our success at meeting students needs has been recognized nationally by the food service industry. BGSU is the only university
to twice receive the prestigious Restaurant and Institutions Ivy Award as well as the International Food Manufacturer’s Association
Silver Plate Service Operator of the Year Award. While it is good to be nationally recognized, it is more important to receive
praise from our campus customers. We offer the next best thing to family style home cooking.
Dining Services staff is dedicated to providing great customer service and a variety of quality foods. Staff members adhere
to the highest standards for food handling. All facilities are regularly inspected by the Wood County Health Department. All
Dining Services managers, lead cooks and service personnel are certified by the National Restaurant Association (NRA) in safe
food handling procedures.
No matter where you choose to eat on-campus, you’ll find something to suit your taste: soups, salads, vegetables, entrees
and desserts as well as made-to-order delicatessen sandwiches, international fare and specialty coffees. We serve our fare
in tastefully decorated facilities where you can relax and eat.
