Applicants must submit eighteen (18) copies of the entire application packet and one (1) electronic copy either as an email attachment or on a 100 MB Zip disk or CD in Microsoft Word format. No covers or file folders, please. If you wish to submit videos or other audiovisual materials with your grant, please include only one copy; grant coordinators will ensure that all members of the Advisory Board view the materials.

To submit an application you must complete the required Application Forms and an Application Proposal.

Please read the application guidelines carefully. For further assistance, plan to attend one of our grant workshops to find out more about the program or make an appointment to meet with a grant coordinator for a one-on-one consultation.
